ECI Systems LLC Completes Asset Purchase Agreement of Antronics Inc.
Salem, NH – ECI Systems LLC (ECIS), a leader in electronic security systems integration
announced that it has completed an asset purchase agreement with Antronics Inc. of Waltham,
MA. Under the terms of the agreement, all sales, installation, service and maintenance work for
existing clients of Antronics will be fulfilled by ECI Systems.
Antronics is a recognized leader in surveillance system installations and was one of the first
companies involved in master antenna television installations, closed circuit surveillance and
access control systems. The asset purchase will broaden ECI’s growing client base at a time
when there continues to be significant demand for electronic security systems.
